Shipping Policy
Most in-stock items are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping rates for your order are automatically added during the checkout process (once your shipping address has been determined). Rates are based on package weight and actual UPS shipping charges.
If the product ordered is in-stock, we make every attempt to ship your package promptly. However, even though our online store remains open, we may not be open for business in our physical offices. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Should your order be placed at one of these times, it will be shipped upon our return.
No returns without authorization will be accepted. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt and a note. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee for errors not made on our part. No returns accepted after 30 days from sale.
